(@.@;) today is my first day of medical posting this yr...
from 7am until 5pm.......... waaa... very tired...no class...just wandering around in the ward..
but afraid to go home early... (just in case our Prof A check on us >.<;)
bcoz got nothing to do, i had clerked 4 patients today; ACS+hypertensive urgency, TB meningitis, Hepatic encephalopathy, malignant histiocytosis.. what a record.. never clerked so many ptns a day
(err...actually i had clerked more ptns during paeds posting; also bcoz got nothg to do just playing wif the children n clerked the mother ^^v <--got compliment frm the specialist bcoz of this! hehe..)
emm..i caught one procedure today...lumbar puncture! The HO did only one attempt! wow impressive..! and the csf drain easily not like prev LP i had seen (no increase icp k)...
i assisted them...hehehe..just holding the csf bottle n recap it...does it count as assist? ^^; hihi
